   The Halton District School Board's French Advisory Committee recognizes the importance of your role in providing feedback about French language programming in elementary schools in Halton. You are invited to complete the French Program Parent Survey.

   In order to access the survey you must provide your child's Ontario Education Number (O.E.N.). This ensures that only parents of HDSB students in Grades 1 to 8 complete surveys. Your survey response is anonymous.

Once you have entered the Ontario Education Number (O.E.N.), you must complete the survey at that time. Re-entry to the survey is not possible without contacting the HDSB Information Centre at 1-888-432-4372 or via e-mail at informationcentre@hdsb.ca. The Information Centre is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Please allow 24 hours for your password to be reset.
